  • Payment will be paid upfront or 50/50 after the final sketch.

  • Final artwork will be sent in as a high resolution PNG file. Transparent file can be requested.

  • Please provide clear references and details.

  • Estimate TAT is approximately 5-30 days+, may take longer as I'm currently studying.

  • A set deadline will have an extra charge depending on the time given.

  • Minor revisions are free.

  • 3 major revisions during the sketch phase is free. Any major revisions after will have a small fee.

  • Rates may vary depending on the design's complexity/background/pose/nsfw/etc.

  • I can decline a commission for whatever reason.

  • No refunds after the payment is made unless I could not deliver the artwork.

  • I have the right to cancel a commission for any reason, and a full refund will be made.

  • You cannot resell it, or trace it, or copy it, or claim that the art it is yours.

  • The artwork will be used on my portfolio and posted on social media, unless requested not to.

  • Do not edit or remove my watermark on the artwork.

  • Do not use the artwork to upload or train AI.

  • Do not use the artwork for NFT.

for personal use
- You can upload the commissioned artwork wherever you like as long as credit is given and/or my watermark is visible!
- You cannot use the commissioned artwork commercially if you didn't pay the commercial fee.

for commercial use
- Commercial use includes any artwork that is used by you with the intention to sell or earn profit from it.
- For example, advertising an online personality/company on social platforms, such as, Twitch or Youtube, and/or selling it/using it to sell an product, such as, merch, websites, games, books, etc.
- The Commercial fee can range from +50% to +300% of the base price.
